I own in a week in the peak of the Summer – Why can I not reserve my week during this time?
The answer to this question almost always involves reserving early. The summer season is in high demand in Myrtle Beach and reservations fill up fast. Take full advantage of your ownership by scheduling your vacation before reservations open up for everyone else (a minimum of 9-12 months in advance). Smart owners reserve next year’s week as they are checking out at the end of this year’s vacation. What is the difference between Presidential Villas and Plantation Resort Villas?
We have 4 different resort designations through RCI: Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, Plantation Resort Villas, Plantation Resort of Myrtle Beach and Plantation Golf Villas. Each section has its own unique characteristics. For instance, the Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort have the most 3 bedroom, 3 bath condos while Plantation Resort Villas have the most availability for 2 bedroom lofts. Are you a smoke free resort?
We are a smoke free resort with several designated smoking sections. Feel free to smoke on the balcony/patio of your unit or in other designated smoking areas throughout the resort, including locations at the Outdoor and Indoor Pools.
What amenities do you have and are they “included”?
Upon check-in you’ll receive a recreation pass, which grants access to a full menu of great amenities. You’ll have access to our Shuttle Service, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, Fitness Center, Hot Tubs, Activity Center and more. We also offer lots of activities. Are you oceanfront?
How far are you from the ocean?
The Front Desk is less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean and the Resort itself is about 1.5 miles from the beach. In other words it is a about a 5 minute drive to the beach. Our complimentary beach shuttles will take you straight to the Surfside Beach Pier and let you skip the hassle of traffic, as well as finding and paying for parking.
Can I carry beach chairs/large items on the shuttle bus?
Yes. We have a large storage area at the rear of each shuttle for storing such items as your chairs and umbrellas. If you need assistance, just ask. Our drivers are always happy to help!
