We take great satisfaction in keeping your “home away from home” as updated and comfortable as possible. This includes new beds, roofs, sealed counters, and so much more. You can see more on specific improvements below and we hope you’ll come see them for yourself.
Repairs Inside the Condos
Even though we finished the major renovation project for all the units in 2018, we still continue to update and improve every year.
We’ve poured new sidewalks between buildings 208/210, 210/212, 216/218, and 209/211. By spring, all of the buildings on the odd side of Presidential Avenue (see map below) will have pavement poured between them. This sidewalk runs right along the buildings and provides a clear walkway to the garbage cans along the sides of the buildings as well.
As we replace roofs yearly we keep in mind both the budget and the longevity of the roofs. Barring emergencies, we replace only a few at a time each year and from this map, you can see which roofs have been most recently replaced.
Paving and Sealing Projects
It’s important to stay on top of parking lot maintenance for the good and safety of all those who visit the Resort. While paving is expensive and extensive, we keep a close watch to make sure we are spending the budget wisely. We try to seal the parking lots (which is less expensive than paving) to help prevent us from having to pave more often.
