Policies for All Reservations

Plantation Resort cannot guarantee a specific unit and reserves the right to assign a unit of comparable size and occupancy.

Rates: All rates are subject to change without notice.

Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in base rates except when specifically mentioned. Maid service is available at an additional charge.

Deposits: An advance deposit per villa is required to confirm non-package reservations.

Security Deposit: Registered guests must present a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card at check-in for a security deposit. If a valid credit card is not presented, the guest will be required to pay a $100.00 cash security deposit. This deposit will be refunded by mail the last day of the month following your departure.

Taxes: South Carolina sales and accommodations tax is not included in the rates.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to the arrival date to qualify for a deposit refund less a $25 handling charge per reservation. No refunds on reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. Exception: 30 days for Monthly Winter Rentals.

Towels and Linens: Your unit is supplied with all necessary towels and bed linens. Please bring personal towels for the beach and pool.

*NO Smoking in units

Check-In Monday thru Thursday 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday thru Sunday 4:00pm to 11:00pm.
Check-Out is no later than 10:00am.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards accepted.. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival.
