Where are we in the condo improvements project? We’ve made steady progress and the finish line is in view!
In 2014 we finished 33% of the units and in 2015 we brought that number up to 46%. In 2016 it was 62% and we are finishing strong at 78% in 2017. We aim to have this project finished in 2018.
New Shuttle Stop Improvement
At the shuttle stop in front of building 229 we’ve built a seating area with a bench. Now you and your family can relax in a picturesque resting area while you wait for our complimentary beach shuttle to pick you up. This is a prototype of what we would like to install at each of the shuttle stops in the Resort.

I hope you have improved and updated the Presidential units. The Ionesco bedroom lift we owned was always in pristine condition Since “upgrading” to a 2 bedroom iPresidential I we have not been in a pristine unit. (Both units we owned had lockout units )
Propane gas grills yet??
Yes. They are located between buildings 221 and 223. We hope you come and enjoy them soon Elaine!
