The Carolina Opry Show
Shows throughout February
This award-winning show blends two hours of high-energy music, comedy, and dance in a luxurious theater complete with state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and special effects. Comedy Cabana is Myrtle Beach’s only 5-Star comedy club for 24 years and running featuring three new professional comics weekly. See comics featured on Comedy Central, Jay Leno, Last Comic Standing, David Letterman, BET, and Jimmy Fallon.
La Belle Amie Events
Throughout February
Enjoy one of La Belle Amie’s events such as Groundhog Saturday, Full Moon Bonfire, Valentine Saturday, Winter Parrot Head Fest and the Leap Year Celebration. Remember to take a lawn chair, a good friend or two, and enjoy the company, music, wine and the beautiful vineyard. Admission is reduced by $3 if you bring 2 canned food items for the area food bank.

Brookgreen Gardens – Winter Teas
Saturday & Sundays Throughout February
Warm up with hot teas and sweet and savory treats on Saturdays and Sundays during the month of February! Seatings are from 4-6 pm and advance tickets are required. Garden admission is included in the ticket. $30 for members and $35 for non-members.

Alabama Theatre: Simon & Garfunkel Story
Monday, February 3
The Simon and Garfunkel Story is a critically acclaimed concert style theatre show about two young boys from Queens, New York who went on to become the world’s most successful music duo of all time. Using state of the art video projection, incredible lighting and a full live band ‘The Simon & Garfunkel Story’ is a moving and powerful concert featuring all the hits such as ‘Mrs Robinson’, ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’, ‘Homeward Bound’, ‘Scarborough Fair’, ‘The Boxer’, ‘The Sound Of Silence’ and many more, this is a show not to be missed!

The Market Common Trolley Tours
Tuesday, February 4 & Tuesday, February 11
The Early Myrtle Beach & The War Years Trolley Tour will be held Tuesday, February 4th, from 2-4 pm. Guests will board a trolley for a two-hour narrated tour that will take them from The Market Common to Myrtle Beach’s oldest districts; making one stop at the Pine Lakes Country Club. While aboard, they will hear about Myrtle Beach’s earliest years and what it was like during WWII, 1941-1945, with U-boat threats off the coast and the arrival of German POWs.
The Myrtle Beach History, Movies & Music Trolley Tour will be held Tuesday, February 11th, from 2-4 pm. Guests will board a trolley for a two-hour narrated tour that will take them from The Market Common on a ride around Myrtle Beach; making stops at the Jack Thompson Gallery, where they will meet the beloved local icon who is both photographer and historian, and the South Carolina Hall of Fame. While aboard, they will hear about Myrtle Beach’s coming of age in the mid-twentieth century to present day, the movies that were made or premiered here, and the significance of music—whether beach music or country—in Myrtle Beach’s history.

Alabama Theatre Three Dog Night

“Three Dog Night was one of the biggest rock and roll acts of the 1970’s and continues to be a tremendous touring group to this day. Three Dog Night had 21 consecutive Top 40 hits, including 3 #1 singles, 11 Top 10’s, 18 straight Top 20’s, 7 million-selling singles and 12 straight Gold LPs. The group still features founding member Danny Hutton on lead vocals, as well as original keyboardist Jimmy Greenspoon.”

Ripley’s Penguin Dash 5K & Family Fun Run

Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach is excited to host the first Penguin Dash 5k run and Ripley’s Penguin Family Fun 1 mile walk/run! This family-friendly, themed event will be a celebration of the newest members of the Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach family—African Black-footed Penguins. All ages are welcome and participants are encouraged to dress up!
